How to Convert LESCO Electricity Bills into Installments (Step-by-Step)

If you have received an unusually high LESCO electricity bill or accumulated arrears, LESCO rules allow domestic and commercial consumers to request installment plans to prevent meter disconnection.

Competent Authorities for Bill Installments

Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO): Authorized for bills up to Rs. 50,000 (up to 3 equal installments).
Executive Engineer (XEN): Authorized for bills up to Rs. 200,000 (up to 4 installments).
Superintending Engineer (SE): Authorized for bills up to Rs. 500,000 (up to 5 installments).
Chief Commercial Officer (CCO): Authorized for bills exceeding Rs. 500,000.

How to Apply:

Print your original or duplicate LESCO bill.
Visit your designated LESCO Sub-Division Customer Care Center before the bill due date.
Submit the bill copy along with the consumer CNIC copy and written installment request.
The officer will endorse the revised installment slips with new barcodes for bank payment.
